Our client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support major infrastructure projects in Singapore (LTA / Changi-related works). This role will be based on-site and involves full-cycle contract and cost management.
Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts and manage commercial matters on-site.
- Prepare, submit, and evaluate progress claims to clients and from subcontractors.
- Source quotations, evaluate tenders, and support contract award processes.
- Monitor project costs and liaise with HQ Commercial team on monthly cost reporting.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and required documentation.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on contractual and cost matters.
- Manage subcontractor claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Prepare and finalise progress claims and project final accounts.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil/infrastructure projects .
- (More experienced candidates will be considered for Senior QS).
- Good understanding of contract administration and procurement processes.
- Familiar with contract law and standard forms of contracts.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost management skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and cost-conscious.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.

- Changi Airport Expansion (T2C / CNF3) - Underground linkways and infrastructure works
- North-South Corridor (N109A - AMK) - Major underground expressway project
- Cross Island Line (CR202 & CR203 - Fairways Drive) - MRT tunnelling and station works
