Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end regulatory licensing processes across multiple jurisdictions, including preparation of filings and regulator engagement
- Assist in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies, and governance standards aligned with regulatory requirements
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements into internal implementation plans
- Review agreements, marketing materials, and business activities to ensure regulatory compliance and identify potential risks
- Support compliance training, internal investigations, and cross-functional advisory to strengthen compliance culture
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or governance within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Strong exposure to licensing, regulatory filings, and cross-border compliance frameworks
- Experience in crypto exchanges, payments, or trading environments is highly preferred
- Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong English communication skills; Mandarin is advantageous
