Job Description

Harry Elias Partnership LLP is currently looking for a Legal Associate to join our Litigation/Insolvency Team.

Job Requirements:

  • 0-3 years PQE Singapore qualified lawyer (candidates with experience in disputes work preferred).
  • Analyzing briefs to identify issues to be addressed, conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions, drafting legal documents including pleadings, submissions, witness statements, agreements etc.
  • Handling and running routine files from institutional clients (including commercial landlords and banks).
  • Corresponding with clients to take instructions, elicit relevant facts and documents, and dispense advice as required.
  • Attending, making oral submissions and advocacy at case conferences, interlocutory hearings and evidentiary hearings.
