Requirements:

- Must be a Singapore qualified lawyer
- NQ to 3 years PQ, with relevant experience with transactional matters and/or financial regulatory matters (in practice or in-house)
- Good grounding in general corporate law and/or financial services regulations
- Good drafting, communication, research and advocacy skills
- A good team player capable of working independently as well
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude, responsibility, commerial acumen and outstanding time management skills
