Legal Associate

Looking for 2-3 year PQE Singapore qualified lawyer, preferably with experience with family work.

Has the ability to:

1. identify issues to be addressed, conduct legal research and draft legal documents including legal submissions and affidavits.

2. Correspond directly with clients to take instructions, elicit relevant facts and documents, and dispense advice as required.

3. Make oral submissions and advocacy at case conferences, interlocutory hearings and ancillary hearings.
