[What the role is]
The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment. We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore's built environment.
[What you will be working on]
- Plan and manage training programmes for professionals and students, ensuring alignment with industry needs and educational standards.
- Develop and review programme curriculum and course materials to maintain academic rigour and industry relevance.
- Curate and deliver engaging lessons through multiple modes and platforms, incorporating technology-enabled learning approaches.
- Facilitate effective workplace learning through active collaboration with industry partners and guidance of students.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations, firms, and domain experts to enhance programme quality
[What we are looking for]
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing projects with Integrated Digital Delivery, through relevant academic qualifications, industry accreditation and work experience.
- Established track record in Singapore's BE sector, with strong understanding of local industry practices and standards.
- Proven expertise in managing BIM/IDD implementation, with project experience in IDD used cases.
- Strong collaborative skills with demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
