Learning & Development Programme Intern (NCS Dojo)

As a Learning & Development Programs Intern, you will support the Programme Managers in running various learning programs that cut across technology/technical to professional skills and domains, personal excellence to people management skills and domains. The role offers hands-on end-to-end programme management experience while developing the interns appreciation of NCS Dojos apprenticeship-centric learning approach towards learning.

What Youll Do:

• Assist Programme Managers in coordinating and managing multiple learning programs to ensure smooth execution
• Provide pre-, during-, and post-programme support to enhance the learner experience
• Set up and manage virtual learning platforms and tools to enable effective delivery and engagement
• Perform basic data analysis and generate post-programme reports to support continuous improvement
• Learn and apply virtual facilitation techniques in programme delivery
• Support the preparation of internal communications to promote Dojo programs via NCSs internal social platforms
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects assigned for broader exposure to learning and development initiatives
