Job Description

Were a digital health startup with a bold vision: to reshape healthcare across Asia through technology, innovation, and strategic growth. Having built a telehealth platform that has transformed patient experiences in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, we are now entering an exciting new chapter. As we prepare for our Series B fundraise, were looking for driven individuals to join us at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and venture capital where your work will directly shape the future of accessible, personalised healthcare in the region.

As a Corporate Development Intern, you will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to support our Series B equity raise.

Your responsibilities will include:

Investor Materials Development

  • Assist in preparing the pitch deck and information memorandum
  • Craft compelling narratives and design slides that resonate with investors

Financial Modelling & Analysis

  • Support in building and refining financial models and projections
  • Conduct benchmarking of peers and market trends

Strategic Storytelling

  • Research market, competition, and macro tailwinds to strengthen our positioning
  • Develop data-driven insights and craft sharp talking points for investor conversations

Fundraising Process Support

  • Help prepare for investor meetings, Q&A, and due diligence requests
  • Maintain internal trackers and documentation to ensure smooth fundraising execution

What Were Looking For

  • Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields (final-year students or fresh grads welcome)
  • Solid skills in Google Slide / Power Point and Excel/Google Sheets (financial modelling exposure is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and storytelling abilities able to turn data into compelling insights
  • Interest in startups, healthcare, or venture capital is a strong advantage
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
