Our Client is an International Organisation committed to advancing the financial and economic stability of its membership countries. As this is a compact HR team, the hire can expect to develop professionally by contributing to broader HR functions within a lean and collaborative team. This is a new headcount to support their growing needs, and reports into the HR Lead.

The successful hire (5-9 years experience) shall assume the following dual responsibilities as the HR Specialist covering both Engagement and Learning & Development (L&D). Necessary traits include creative problem-solving and an innovation mindset with high emotional intelligence, empathy and strong project management skills.

HR Engagement is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that foster employee connection, satisfaction, and commitment to the organization. He/she should be a passionate Employee Engagement professional who is able to drive initiatives that create a positive, productive workplace culture. You will design and implement engagement strategies, measure their effectiveness through analytics, and work cross-functionally to ensure every employee feels connected to the Organisation's mission and values.

L&D is responsible to put in place learning initiatives that enable organisations to constantly evolve and develop. You shall identify the current and future skills requirements through capability assessments and create flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the employees, with the objective of building a strong coaching culture in the Organisation.

As it is typical with International Organisations, this is a permanent employment structured as a 12 month term to start before being rebased on a permanent contract basis. This position is applicable to Singaporeans & PRs.
