Responsibilities:
- Develop personal lean skills and tools, promote lean principles, contribute to lean tool improvement groups.
- Join regional/global kaizen events and share best practices, ensure lean principles are considered in new projects.
- Support plant/production manager in driving continuous improvement.
- Organize annual VSM and propose yearly workshop plans to support productivity savings.
- Manage lean deployment, including self-assessments and action plans.
- Implement lean standards and best practices within production.
- Support workshop leaders, lead workshops, and drive improvements.
- Manage lean tool maintenance through audits (5S, Kanban, leader standard work).
- Train team members on lean standards and methodologies.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related manufacturing experience.
- 3 years teaching, coaching, and hands-on application of lean in manufacturing with proven results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills led multiple kaizen events with measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with 5S, visual management, standard work, cycle time measurement, muda hunting, SMED, TPM.
- Change agent able to influence decisions and build relationships in manufacturing.
- 2 years manufacturing/supply chain success plus lean training.
- Passionate about driving and leading change.
- Proven ability to develop, train, and coach teams.
