Job Scope:
- Assist in refinement of workshop lesson plans and support workshops
- Support existing Leadership Programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder engagement, and update established SOPs and administrative structures
- Support administration of programmes and leadership development, including refinement of curriculum integration with external partners
- Support senior leadership 360 processes
Requirements:
- Degree in related fields
- 8-12 years of experience in leadership development, organisation development, or human resource development.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience in designing and delivering leadership programmes
- Knowledge of Organisational Development frameworks and methodologies, and curriculum development experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, project management capabilities, and proven track record in engaging senior management and cross-functional teams
