Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and formulate job descriptions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Assist hiring managers with resume screening when required, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates&apos values and cultural fit
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding handover
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate records
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent market insights, recruitment metrics, and best practices
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Spearhead recruitment efforts and strategies for the firm Drive / Lead recruitment strategies for the company
  • Track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and provide regular reports to management
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 8 - 12 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR databases
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
