Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical services on IT application projects
• Oversee development, design, implementation, and maintenance of software applications
• Communicate with stakeholders on project issues and impacts
• Participate in design, code, and test inspections
• Coordinate SIT/UAT and support troubleshooting
• Manage stakeholders, timelines, and vendors
• Work well with team members

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Banking, AWS and Java framework experience are advantageous
