Leadership and Coordination:
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all matters related to Central Stability operations and the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Serve as the service coordinator, ensuring alignment between team execution and client expectations.
- Prioritize Central Stability tasks and ensure focus on scope-specific responsibilities.
Planning and Process Development
- Plan and allocate resources (personnel, materials, consumables) to meet daily operational needs.
- Facilitate weekly internal team meetings to review feedback, discuss incidents, share feedback and plan for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process enhancements and standardizations to improve team efficiency.
- Initiate or update Work Instructions (Wis) or Job Aids where necessary.
Operational Oversight
- Organize and assign daily laboratory tasks, ensuring timely execution of stability testing and lab support activities.
- Ensure team proficiency in test methods and support onboarding of new methods and processes.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and ensure quality or work performed.
- Conduct and oversees training, qualification and refreshers for all Service personnel.
- Maintain compliance with client SOPs, quality systems and document control requirements.
- Perform and support Phase 1A OOS investigations, laboratory deviations and CAPA recommendations.
- Escalate critical issues to the client in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Occasionally perform lab analyst work within defines scope as needed.
- Administrative Duties
- Supervise and manage team attendance, scheduling and compliance with work policies.
- Uphold discipline and handle performance issues without proper escalation protocols.
- Manage overtime approvals and maintain accurate team time reporting.
- Conduct performance reviews, manages training needs and recommend development opportunities.
- Maintain training and competency records for the team; promote cross-training to ensure test method coverage.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly team performance reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field of Science.
- Preferred with at least 2 or 3 years of work experience in chemical and physical testing preferred.
- Proficient in operating lab instruments such as HPLC, pH meters, viscometers etc.
- Prior experience working directly on customer site or in a contract-based support role is a plus.
- Experience managing or supervising a team is an advantage.
- Strong team leadership and people development skills.
- Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
