Our Hopsital Client is seeking highly motivated individual to join them asClinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate.Successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional frontline services, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and fostering positive patient interactions.

Location :Central / West / North (Near MRT)

Work Day :Monday - Friday (Office Hour) and Sat (Half Day)

Salary :$2,000 - $2,800 (Attractive Benefits such as AWS, VB, Medical Benefits and more)

Job Description:

From registration to appointment booking, payment collection, and financial counseling, you'll be the face of compassionate healthcare services.

Maintain patient medical information with precision, ensuring streamlined operations for our medical professionals.

Assist doctors seamlessly with room procedures and other medical tasks, contributing to a harmonious healthcare team.

Address clinic complaints with care and escalate when necessary, showcasing your commitment to patient satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

Minimum GCE N or O Level

Prior experience in the Healthcare / Customer Service industry will be an advantage.

No experience required as training will be provided

Good communication skills and detail oriented
