PATIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE (RADIOLOGY CLINIC)

Description:

• Perform front-desk duties such as registration of patients, appointment scheduling and reminders.
• Attend to enquiries.
• Billing and collection of payments.
• Administrative duties such as claims submission.
• Assist nurses & radiographers as required.
• Deliver high quality of patient care experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum O levels or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service mindset.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
• 5.5 days workweek (One Saturday off per month after confirmation).
• Able to work overtime.
• Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role.
