Lead Server / Sever

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead / Food Server, located at 11 Collyer Quay, The Arcade, Singapore. Working hours are typically between 8am to 6pm. The Food Server will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, collaborating with kitchen staff, stock-taking, and providing exceptional service to all patrons.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service experience
• Basic Cooking skills like cooking rice, soup etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certified.
• Able to speak and understand English and a second language is preferred.
• Singaporeans or Singaporean PR only.
