We are representing our client (An established IT technology provider) to look fora lead product manager. This role will lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and measurement, while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability. This is a consultancy role: you own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour in enabling others as you do to shipping product.
Responsibility
- Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps.
- Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build.
- Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively
- Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation
- Analyse post-launch data and drive iterative improvements, facilitate retrospectives
- Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing, identify gaps and tailor enablement.
- Create psychologically safe environments for learning and collaboration
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment navigate complex organizational dynamics
Responsibility
- Minimum 8+ years of experience across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end track record of leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands it.
- Coaching: Experience enabling Product Managers or Owners through pairing or mentorship in a consultancy or client-facing context.
- Methods: Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, Objectives and Key Results, JTBD (Jobs-to-be-Done), Impact Mapping, outcome-based roadmaps.
- Mindset: Empathy, end-to-end ownership intellectual humility to pivot energised by enabling others as much as delivering yourself.
- Familiarity with SG Gov ecosystem (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) or prior experience with Singapore Government agencies is a plus
