The People Tech team is an internal product/tech team that builds the operating system for our culture and performance. We manage Grab360, the core platform that powers how every Grabber gives and receives feedback, manages their performance, and navigates their own growth.

But our vision goes beyond just tooling. We are on a mission to promote a skills-based organisation. We are uniquely positioned to re-architect how Grabbers work and grow, using Product, Design, and GenAI to transform fragmented administrative tasks into a seamless, intelligent employee journey.

We are a team of builders and change-agents, running user research to understand the real life of feedback at Grab, and partnering with People Operations to foster a culture of growth.

Get to Know the Role

As a Product Manager in People Tech, you will look after the core foundation for Grabbers-improving how they perform and learn every day. While you will steward Grab360, you will also help us break out of the traditional performance management box.

We are rethinking this space to be the bedrock for L&D and the future of work at Grab. You will explore how LLMs and AI agents can be personal assistants for every employee-drafting performance summaries, coaching on skills, and synthesizing feedback to ensure growth. Your mission is to bridge the gap between where work happens (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira) and where growth is measured (Grab360).

You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Head of GTS, responsible for shaping the strategy of this platform, reducing operational friction for thousands of Grabbers, and driving behaviour change across Grab.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Define the Vision: Shape the product vision for the People Tech space, moving us from managing performance to enabling growth. Align this roadmap with the broader company vision to build a seamless Grabber journey connecting performance, learning, and development.
• Build the Foundation: Get hands-on with the product. Guide the development of new features in Grab360 and beyond, specifically applying GenAI (e.g., AI Skills Coach, Feedback Writing Coach) to solve user problems.
• Be an Enabler: Don't just build tools remove friction. Identify operational pain points in performance cycles and talent reviews, and redesign workflows to cut thousands of hours of administrative time for Grabbers and leaders.
• Experiment and Iterate: Use data to measure adoption and sentiment, and run experiments to see how technology can genuinely foster a better feedback culture.
• Collaboration: Lead a problem space team (PST) together with leaders from engineering, design, and analytics. Partner with People Operations (POPs) to ensure our tools support the right culture, not just the process.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Product Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in Product Management, in platform, internal tools, or user-centric products. Experience with HR tech or EdTech is a bonus but not required.
• Innovator's Mindset: A genuine interest in technology, and expertise with modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs, agents) to automate and enhance human workflows.
• Strategic & Empathetic Communication: Convey complex concepts to diverse team members-from engineers to HR leaders. You can translate strategic goals into clear user stories and roadmaps.
• Data-Driven & Experimental: You have experience applying qualitative sense-making (user research) with quantitative insights to make decisions. You prefer action and enjoy experimenting.
• Execution: Manage products through the full lifecycle-from initial concept and market research to development, rollout, and retirement.
