What You'll Be Working On
- Lead end-to-end product engagements - from discovery and strategy through to roadmap definition and implementation planning
- Align product direction with business goals, user needs, and technical realities
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through ambiguity and complexity
- Champion modern product and engineering practices that drive measurable outcomes
- Mentor and grow product managers and cross-functional teams
- Represent the practice in industry forums, communities of practice, and thought leadership spaces

What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 to 8 years product manager experience, with a track record of leading complex initiatives
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect strategy to execution
- Deep fluency in agile, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills comfortable with C-suite
- Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build, improve, and create meaningful impact
