Lead Process Technician

Role& Accountabilities:

. Assure compliance with KC site Environment, Health and Safety Management System(EHSMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, policies and procedures

. Ensure conformance to product specifications and team delivered quality products, quality d efects are identified and rectified immediately

. Achieve the production target and limit the waste within budget within the shift

. Encourage cohesiveness of the team to support the department's objectives

. Allocates and guide the team members to perform required tasks safely and efficiently

. Ensure that all SOP and check list are accomplished during the operations

. Lead problem solving and guide the team member to resolve the machine issues within the crew

. Initialed the jobs rotation and crew training

. Ensure alignment to corporate/regional internal control guidelines when putting up process and procedures
