Senior Quality Assurance & Quality Control

1. Responsible inexecuting directives as set forth for QA Department in

meeting management objectives.

2. Maintain CompanyQuality Management System and calibration of Test equipment, Measuring equipment and Inspectiontools.

3. Monitorsupplier performance and manage supplier quality systems.

4. Ensureproducts meet legal standards, safety regulations, and industry standards.

5. Review, prepare and implement Quality Plans,Inspection Test Plans, Procedures and Inspection Check List to verifycompliance to Customer's Specifications.

6. Manage Customer's complaints to determine the root cause, utilizing data toprevent recurrence.

7. Work closely with Production and Suppliers to meetCustomer's quality requirements.

8. Optimize productionprocesses, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

9. Use data analysistechniques and quality metrics to track performance and drive improvements.

10. Review, approveand submit First Article inspection report to Customer.

11. Work closelywith Production to ensure production schedules are met in a timely andeffective manner.

12. Train staff on quality procedures, inspectionequipments and safety standards in the Organisation.
