Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls.
Provide on-site service and support to customers not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair.
Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers.
Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.
Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.
Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.
Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers needs.
In addition to these duties/responsibilities, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
