Lead, Infrastructure Asia (Capital Raising)

Infrastructure Asia (InfraAsia), established by Enterprise Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), facilitates sustainable infrastructure development across Asia by connecting governments, developers, financiers, investors and solution providers. We help originate, develop and finance infrastructure projects that deliver economic growth and sustainable development across the region.

We are seeking a motivated Lead / Senior Lead to join our Capital Raising team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of infrastructure development, project origination and capital mobilisation, engaging with senior government officials, multilateral development banks, investors and industry leaders to catalyse infrastructure investments across Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and manage a pipeline of infrastructure investment opportunities across Asia.
• Engage governments, project sponsors, developers, investors, financial institutions and multilateral development banks to identify opportunities and facilitate project development and financing.
• Work with internal and external partners to improve project bankability through appropriate technical, commercial and financial structuring.
• Facilitate partnerships between regional infrastructure stakeholders and Singapore-based developers, technology providers, consultants, financiers and institutional investors.
• Develop market intelligence, sector strategies and thought leadership to identify emerging infrastructure opportunities across priority markets.
• Contribute to organisational initiatives and strategic priorities that strengthen Infrastructure Asia's regional impact and partnerships.

Requirements:

• For the Lead position: 1-2 years of experience preferred, but fresh perspectives are encouraged.
• For the Senior Lead position: 5 or more years of experience in infrastructure or related sectors, with a focus on business development, and proven track record of driving projects to success, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and written communication skills; proficiency in an Asian language is advantageous.
• Strong analytical prowess and a willingness to travel frequently.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Past experience in financing or structuring infrastructure projects/companies is a plus.
