At Resmed, the strength of our Supply Chain starts with the people who design it, build it, improve, and scale it. As the Global TA Lead (Supply Chain), you will own the talent acquisition strategy and delivery for one of our most complex and globally connected functions. You will partner with senior business leaders to build hiring strategies, strengthen workforce planning, develop critical talent pipelines, and help shape a future-ready workforce that supports growth, transformation, operational excellence, and emerging capability needs across the business.

This role requires a trusted advisor who can confidently engage senior leaders, influence workforce decisions, and drive outcomes across a global, multi-region environment. You will lead a small internal team and set of third-party vendors to build capability, improve stakeholder confidence, and support one of Resmed's most strategically important functions.

You will lead a global Supply Chain talent acquisition team, drive strategic workforce and hiring initiatives, and act as a senior talent partner to Supply Chain leadership.

What You'll Drive

• Lead the global talent acquisition strategy for Supply Chain, ensuring hiring priorities align with business growth, workforce plans, and future capability needs.
• Partner with senior Supply Chain leaders to shape workforce strategies, anticipate talent risks, and build practical, scalable solutions to complex hiring challenges.
• Build confidence and credibility with business stakeholders by providing clear talent insights, decisive recommendations, and thought partnership on critical workforce decisions.
• Lead hiring delivery (team of six across APAC and US) for business-critical and leadership roles across manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, engineering, digital supply chain, operations, and transformation functions.
• Evolve contingent workforce, RPO, and external talent partner strategies to support a globally connected and increasingly sophisticated workforce model.
• Shape future talent strategy by partnering with business leaders to anticipate emerging capability needs and define build-versus-buy workforce approaches.
• Advance workforce planning and internal mobility strategies that strengthen succession pipelines and improve organizational readiness.
• Design and scale strategic talent programs, including early-career, technical talent, and skills-based initiatives that build sustainable capability for the future.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team, building consistent standards, stronger capability, and a high-performing talent acquisition function.
• Champion inclusive hiring, exceptional candidate experiences, and data-informed decision making across the Supply Chain talent portfolio.
• Support the ongoing transformation of a global Supply Chain organization that is expanding capability, modernising operations, and building talent strategies for future growth.

What You Bring

• Expertise in talent acquisition within supply chain, manufacturing, operations, industrial engineering, or transformation-focused environments.
• Experience leading recruiting teams across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
• Deep expertise in developing hiring strategies that support growth, transformation, workforce expansion, and critical capability development.
• Expertise in translating business strategy into talent priorities, hiring plans, and workforce solutions that support growth and transformation - strategic sourcing, talent pipelining, market intelligence, and executive hiring.
• Track record of partnering with business leaders, HR partners, Finance, and Talent Management on workforce planning initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working with external search firms, RPO providers, contingent workforce partners, or broader talent vendor ecosystems.
• Familiarity with global talent markets and operating in complex matrix environments.

• Experience designing and scaling early-career, graduate, apprentice, or technical talent programs.
• experience within supply chain, manufacturing, or other complex operational environments.
