You will support the distribution channels via middle office support for HNW products with the ultimate objective of contributing positively to Great Eastern HNW market leadership.
- Responsible for Case Management, to specific product (ie: Variable Universal Life), requiring enhanced process competency in handling the case management across various distribution channels.
- This includes preliminary and formal submission case management expectations.
- You will also be expected to provide regular & timely pending cases update to the distribution platform (BDMs and Distribution Reps)
- In addition to Case Management responsibilities, the incumbent will participate, and support projects related to business solutions such as process improvements, as and when required.
- The incumbent will report to the Head of HNW Client and Centre of Excellence Management
