You are required to provide case management of High Net Worth (HNW) cases for all channels (Agency, Financial Advisers, Bancassurance, Brokers), including the fulfilment process for Agency financing submissions.
- Prelim submissions: Co-ordinate prelim enquiry submissions and ensure fast turnaround for requirement gathering.
- Formal submissions: Co-ordinate submission of formal applications, ensuring completeness of submission documentation & receipt of the hardcopy proposal pack.
- Provide timely updates re Letter of Conditional Acceptance (LCA) and Standard Letter of Query (SLQ).
- Handle queries related to submitted preliminary and formal cases.
- Provide regular & timely pending cases update to the distribution platform (BDMs and Distribution Reps).
- Facilitate premium financing applications as part of case management.
- Track and maintain agreed Turnaround times for all HNW submissions and financing applications.
- Preparation of regular reports on financing submissions and Cash Surrender Values (CSVs) for all financing partners.
- Familiarise with the underwriting process.
- Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Team Lead or Head of Department.
- Provide critical liaison and build strong business relationship between NBU and distribution channels.
- Support department Business Continuity Management activities and meet Compliance requirements for business continuity planning
- Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders on Audit/ Compliance Reporting.
- Update, maintain and organize HNW Client Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all department KPIs are achieved.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
- 1 to 2 years of relevant case management experience in the insurance sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and business acumen.
- Degree with at 1 to 2 years experience in HNW Case management.
- Non-degree holders who have relevant experience may be considered.
- Good team player with strong analytical skills & ability to work under pressure.
