Salary: Up to $3,100
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure team compliance with customer safety, quality, and SOP requirements.
- Coordinate and review tasks with clients and team members track progress and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to maintain operational sustainability.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems aligned with organizational standards.
- Drive cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Oversee Baby Care lab operations including sample management, documentation, and peer reviews.
- Manage laboratory housekeeping, equipment calibration, and maintenance.
- Handle training refreshers, quality deviations, OOS reports, and chemical waste disposal.
- Maintain inventory of consumables, chemicals, and reagents.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Applied Chemistry / Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of chemical lab experience preferred
