Lead Business Systems Analyst – Cards, Loans & Collections

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

10+ Yrs of development experience

Business & Functional Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of retail banking systems covering Cards, Loans, Collections, Debt Restructuring, Rewards, Insurance, and Investment domains.

Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) aligned with business goals.

Perform Gap Analysis to compare the current state with the target architecture and recommend necessary changes.

Data Mapping & Profiling:

Design data selection rules and current state data mapping for downstream processing.

Use SQL and Oracle for extensive data profiling, cleansing, and validation to support data-driven decisions.

Skillsets:

Product Lifecycle Management Experienced in owning the product from ideation to delivery, including roadmap planning and backlog grooming.

User Story Creation Skilled at translating business needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.

Agile Methodologies Strong background in Agile, Scrum; hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

UI/UX Collaboration Partnered with design teams to craft seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement Effective communication with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

BRD & FSD Creation Proficient in writing and managing Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications.

UAT & QA Support End-to-end testing support, including User Acceptance Testing, bug triaging, and resolution follow-up.

Regulatory Understanding Familiar with audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting in banking environments.
