Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise strategy
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable functional and non‑functional requirements
- Influence prioritisation, scope, and delivery decisions across concurrent initiatives
- Manage evolving stakeholder expectations across regional teams
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for enterprise workflow and case management platforms
- Define future‑state (to‑be) processes, operating models, and customer/analyst journeys
- Perform impact assessments and support roadmap and funding proposals
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure design feasibility and scalability
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts
- Set standards for analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to capability uplift and knowledge transfer across the organisation
Governance, Testing & Change
- Support change management, testing strategy, and deployment planning
- Assess change requests and their impact on scope, timeline, and cost
- Ensure adherence to internal governance, risk, and technology frameworks
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of experience in business analysis, enterprise transformation, or technology‑enabled change initiatives
- Prior experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments such as financial services, insurance, or large complex organisations
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, governance‑driven workflows, and control frameworks
- Proven ability to translate business, policy, or regulatory requirements into functional and non‑functional system requirements
- Experience leading analysis for enterprise platforms such as workflow, case management, or operations systems
- Demonstrated capability in defining future‑state operating models, processes, and solution designs
- Solid exposure to product lifecycle management and end‑to‑end delivery frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process design skills with the ability to balance business and technology considerations
- Experience collaborating with technology teams, architects, and delivery partners to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring senior business analysts
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous, and fast‑changing environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior levels
- Experience supporting change management, testing, and deployment activities in large programmes
- Ability to assess scope, cost, and delivery impacts associated with change requests
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
