Solution Architect (Permanent)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong technical leadership and enterprise architecture expertise to drive the design and delivery of large‑scale, enterprise digital solutions for Singapore's Whole‑of‑Government (WOG) customers. You will lead architectural strategy, collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners, and ensure scalable, secure solutions that meet government digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design for enterprise applications including workflow, case management, portals, and data platforms.

• Ensure solutions align with government frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, IM8) and meet security and scalability standards.

• Collaborate with enterprise software OEMs (ServiceNow, SAS, Elastic, AWS, Azure, Google) to co‑create and integrate solutions.

• Drive architectural direction and technical roadmaps with the business unit's leadership.

• Oversee technical delivery for complex systems integrations and guide teams through problem‑solving and technical escalations.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior government stakeholders and external partners.

Skills & Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, digital transformation, or enterprise software delivery.

• Strong background in designing and delivering enterprise applications and complex systems integrations.

• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security standards, and government frameworks.

• Proven ability to collaborate with enterprise software OEMs and manage third‑party integrations.

• Agile, DevSecOps, or programme management certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP) are desirable.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in public sector engagements.
