We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale SCADA and Control Systems projects for MRT / rail infrastructure, both locally and internationally. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements, while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale SCADA and Control Systems projects for MRT / rail applications.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact with customers, consultants, and partners, ensuring clear communication and effective management of expectations.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interface challenges.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, regulatory, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage variations, claims, and change control in accordance with contract terms.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular progress, cost, and risk reports to senior management.
- Drive quality delivery and continuous improvement by applying best practices and lessons learned.
Ideally, you should possess
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably in rail, MRT, or mission‑critical systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of SCADA and Control Systems, including system integration and interfaces.
- Solid understanding of engineering contracts, commercial terms, and project governance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional and multicultural project teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills.
- Assertive, results‑driven, and able to manage complex project challenges.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
