Access Communications is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Associate to oversee our dynamic team, based in Singapore. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Candidates with experience in fashion, luxury, hospitality, automotive and lifestyle industry will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of PR and Communications professionals
- Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns and event plans that align with client objectives
- Foster strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for key accounts
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Mentor team members, providing guidance and support for professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and drive innovation
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and team achievements to senior management

Client/Account Management:
- Understand client and agency needs/expectations.
- Manage and fulfil contract deliverables, account schedule; ensure account progress from goal and deliverables from conception to completion including change management
- Understand the financial implications and manage the expense budget of a portfolio
- Provide operational updates and account, including compilation of reports and day-to-day operational requests
- Execute in accordance to workflow set out for media, influencer and partner liaison
- Excellent presenter for pitching new ideas and proposal plans
- Be able to set performance report and provide analysis, insights and be able to identify gaps and opportunities
- Provide strategic advisory/discussion based on in-depth market knowledge
Marketing Communication Management:
- Cultivate and leverage on strong relationship with the client, partners/vendors, media and influencer network to deliver high-performance results
- Deliver strategic campaign plans with budget and timeline based on in-depth market knowledge
- Deliver tasks and communicating clearly to both internal team and brand/client team providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
- Demonstrate good performance in communication and be able to use the most effective and efficient (e.g. team meetings, in-person visits, phone calls, email)
- Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus
- Materials Development including press release, video production, social media content creation
- Communicate implication to team and project of changed plans in an effective and timely manner
- Escalate issues appropriately and professionally at all times; demonstrate good judgment during escalation process.

Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PR, events management, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Possess industry experience in health, wellness, fitness and lifestyle; positive working attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills, accountable and responsible attitude
- Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns and events from conception to execution
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, external stakeholders and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in PR and project management tools (e.g., Truescope, Meltwater, Lefty, Asana, Trello).
- A network of industry contacts is definitely an advantage.
