Lead Analyst

• Architect, design, communicate, and deliver end-to-end solutions for Fund Investment/Asset Management on Anaplan/ Yardi/EPM tools or other solutions
• Leverage extensive knowledge of industry practices, software solutions, and methodologies to make technical recommendations on complex problem resolution, coupled with an approach that utilizes repeatable, efficient processes and best practices
• Communicate timely to keep stakeholders updated on roadmaps or progress of Keppel Fund Investments/ Asset Management applications
• Able to articulate business and data extraction requirements into technical specifications
• Leading and providing application support and end-user training
• Keeping abreast of the latest Fund Investment and/or Asset Management applications offerings, updates, and developments
• Strengthen organizational capability and build downstream domain knowledge through facilitation of knowledge transfer sessions for employee
• Perform role of trouble-shooter, successfully identifying system inconsistencies and implementing optimum business solutions and business process enhancements

Required Skills:

• At least 3-5 years experience as an application consultant, with experience in asset management systems implementation
• Minimal Bachelor of Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred
• Experience on Anaplan and/or Yardi or other Fund Investment/Asset Management/ EPM tools preferred
• Intensive knowledge of Fund Investment or Asset Management systems, deployment, and integration.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Effective communication with various stakeholders, business users and vendors
• Ability to work under business focused and fast-moving environment.
• Always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to instill and reinforce a strong customer service and business-oriented ethic in the entire team
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
