What You'll Be Doing
- Operate critical manufacturing equipment such as autoclaves
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth, compliant operations
- Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with multiple departments to solve real-time operational challenges
- Be involved in exciting new projects including process transfer and validation
- Contribute to quality systems such as SOPs, MFRs, and Change Control
Beyond Daily Operations
- Support GMP and safety initiatives
- Get involved in CAPA and improvement projects
- Develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) over time
- Gain exposure to training, mentoring, and leadership opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Biomedical Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Training provided
- Strong interest in biotech/pharma manufacturing
- Hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with shift work and operational environments
