Duties:
- Conduct visual inspections of materials and finished products, ensuring quality standards before release.
- Review batch records (compounding, filling, packaging) and autoclave reports to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Investigate deviations, review alarm reports, and support impact assessments prior to batch release.
- Manage retention sample program, including annual inspections, segregation, and disposal activities.
- Support documentation control (SOPs, templates, MBRs), ECN/BOM updates, and APQR report preparation.
- Perform aseptic audits, in-process checks (IPC/IBA), and line clearance approvals during production.
- Set up inspection plans in SAP, track MBR submissions, and report weekly KPIs/performance metrics.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with QMS, GMP, GDP, and safety requirements.
