Large Conglomerate - VP / AVP, Corporate Development

Our Client is a large conglomerate with a global footprint and has leading positions in the industries that they are in. They are on an aggressive growth path and deploying capital in the Asia Pacific region. In this regard, they are looking to hire a VP/ AVP, Corporate Development to be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Conduct strategic fit assessment and initial commercial screening

- Build detailed financial models, projections and valuation analysis

- Drive synergy identification across the Group's platforms

- Prepare high-quality Investment Committee papers and senior management materials

- Support post-investment monitoring and long-term value creation initiatives

- Maintain deep sector intelligence and regional market connectivity

Requirements:-

- 5-10 years in Private Equity/ Strategic Investing/Corporate Development/ Consulting / Due Diligence / M&A

- Strong financial modelling skillset and cross-border transaction experience

- Platform-builder mindset with long-term value orientation

- Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven and able to operate independently

- Business development mindset with the potential to originate deals based on articulated investment criteria

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance / Economics / Business or related fields
