Contract Analyst (Oil & Gas/Trade)

Job Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and issue sale and purchase agreements to support the company's physical oil and products trading activities.

• Evaluate and negotiate counter-proposal terms to protect the company's legal and commercial interests, minimise exposure, and support favorable trading outcomes.

• Manage contract administration and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal control standards.

• Coordinate the onboarding of new counterparties by supporting KYC, due diligence, and internal approval processes in liaison with relevant stakeholders.

• Support tender and bid submissions by reviewing tender documentation, identifying contractual risks, and providing comments and recommendations where required.
