Job Summary
Lead and coordinate cross-functional technology projects, ensuring security readiness, budget management, and vendor performance to deliver successful digital product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive project planning, milestone tracking, and cross-workstream coordination across product, engineering, security, and operations.
- Support security readiness activities, including system classification review, IM8 compliance documentation, VAPT scoping, testing coordination, and remediation follow-up.
- Prepare governance and funding materials, track expenditure, and support budget / approval discussions.
- Manage contracting, tendering, procurement coordination, and vendor performance tracking.
- Maintain project documentation, status reporting, decision logs, and Agile delivery cadences as needed.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 5-7 years of project management experience in technology or digital product delivery
- Experience with government project processes, including governance approvals, procurement, contracting, and tendering.
- Proven cross-functional delivery experience across engineering, design, business, and operations stakeholders.
- Strong vendor management and budget stewardship experience.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira /Confluence.
- Experience with security-readiness workstreams is advantageous.
- Experience in AI/ML products, large-scale rollout, or education technology is a plus.
