Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in surveying or related civil engineering fields.
Certification(s) in Land Surveying and related technical courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage one or more survey teams in the field, overseeing surveying activities to ensure accurate measurement and location data collection.
Conduct and analyze research on existing survey records, legal documents, maps, and physical site evidence to gather critical information for planning surveys.
Develop data using photogrammetry and modern geospatial techniques to support mapping, construction, land division, mining, and legal documentation.
Define and implement the procedures and methodologies for establishing or reestablishing control points and other survey reference data.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal, safety, and technical standards during all phases of surveying work.
