The Job
- Provide IT & network support including installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including systems, servers, networks, and IT assets to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support system reliability and security, including backups, email systems, server monitoring, and implementation of new technologies
The Talent
- Minimum NTIEC in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of L2 desktop support experience
