- Create and execute dynamic programs and activities that engage children in the learning process.
- Foster a supportive and safe environment where children can thrive and develop.
- Monitor, assess, and document children's progress and growth.
- Set up an inviting and interactive learning space that sparks curiosity and exploration.
- Keep parents informed regularly about their child's progress and well-being.
- Continuously document children's learning experiences, providing updates to parents and preparing developmental portfolios and progress reports.
- Work closely with fellow educators, providing mutual support and collaboration as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education
- L2 LON Certified by ECDA
