Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver class programmes in line with the organisation's policies, guidelines, and curriculum frameworks.
- Develop and prepare age-appropriate teaching materials and learning aids to support classroom activities.
- Track and document each child's developmental progress, identifying and addressing their unique learning needs.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and share updates with parents through scheduled parent-teacher conferences.
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that encourages growth and development.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent qualification such as ACEY / ACECCE.
- At least 1 year of relevant teaching experience candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Teacher position.
