Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement programs with age-appropriate teaching aids to support learning.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and address their individual educational and developmental needs.
- Complete progress reports each semester and compile a developmental portfolio for every child.
- Apply positive discipline techniques consistently to guide children's behavior.
- Ensure proper upkeep of teaching resources, classroom arrangement, decorations, and overall learning environment.
- Stay familiar with all curriculum documents, handbooks, and policy manuals, and apply them in daily practice.
Requirements:
- Possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH)
- Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE)
- Diploma in Early Childhood Studies (ECS)
- Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE)
- Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education
