Key Requirements:
. 3-5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Operations Support, or related roles
. Experience supporting production systems in a high-availability environment
. Strong troubleshooting and incident management experience
. Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA)
. Hands-on experience with Linux / Unix environments
. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, etc.
. Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g. ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS)
. Basic database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
. Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations and authentication concepts
. Experience with ticketing and incident management tools such as Jira, PagerDuty, ServiceNow or similar
. Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple technical teams
Preferred:
. Experience in Government, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments
. Exposure to cloud-native or microservices-based systems
. Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, etc.)
