L2 Application Support Engineer

Role Overview

Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications, ensuring system stability, incident resolution, and proactive monitoring.

Responsibilities

Monitor systems using Oracle Enterprise Manager, Geneos, Splunk

Investigate and resolve incidents within SLA

Perform log analysis and basic troubleshooting (Linux/SQL)

Automate routine tasks using Python

Escalate complex issues to L3 and maintain documentation

Participate in on-call/shift support

Skills Required

Hands-on with Oracle Enterprise Manager, Geneos, Splunk

Python scripting

Linux fundamentals and basic SQL
