- Provide L1 production support for 24x7 on corporate internet banking / CDN / monitoring system-related applications.
- To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities
- To manage implementations of new application releases, adhere to the best practices of the release management process.
- To work with various partners such as Peer Application Teams, Infrastructure, Vendors, Security, and Change teams, to provide seamless support for the business.
- To manage Production issues by responding promptly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with the Business.
- To enhance the existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Basic understanding of payment systems, transaction flows, and banking operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of incident management processes is a plus.
- Diploma and above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Need to support including night shift, weekends, and public holidays:
Shift Timing (8-hour shift will be subjected to change to 12 12-hour shifts, eg, work 3 days and rest 4 days, and vice versa)
- Morning shift 6 am to 3 pm
- General shift 9 am to 6 pm.
- Afternoon shift 2 pm to 11 pm
- Night shift 10 pm to 7 am.
