Job Description

Prepare and cook a wide variety of dim sum dishes, including steamed, fried, and baked items,
ensuring high quality and consistency. Develop and refine recipes to incorporate seasonal ingredients
and meet evolving customer preferences. Maintain presentation, flavor, and portion standards in
alignment with company expectations.

Oversee ingredient preparation, portion control, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations at all times. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on traditional and modern food preparation techniques. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely and coordinated service, especially during peak periods.
