Job Summary
Join our team as a Kitchen Crew member, Kitchen Supervisor, Sushi Chef, or Yakitori Chef, or Kitchen Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and quality food preparation in a dynamic Japanese dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Japanese cuisine, including sushi, to meet quality and presentation standards
- Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and organizing supplies for efficient workflow
- Assist floor crew in delivering excellent customer service and managing dining area cleanliness
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with team members to manage daily schedules and workload effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and service quality
- Meet performance targets to qualify for monthly bonuses and salary increments

Working Hours:
- Full day shifts: 1:30 PM to 10:30 or 11:00 PM
- Half day shifts: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Maximum 54 hours per week
Work Week:
- 4 to 6 days per week, with weekly off days depending on schedule
