Job description - Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and disciplined Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for supporting our chefs by maintaining a clean workspace, preparing ingredients, and ensuring the kitchen operations run smoothly during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities :

Food Preparation: Assist chefs with basic prep tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, and portioning meat/seafood.

Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly.

Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen floor is dry and clean dispose of waste according to NEA food safety regulations.

Inventory Support: Assist in receiving deliveries, checking for freshness, and organizing the walk-in chillers and storerooms.

Compliance: Adhere strictly to Singapore's food hygiene and safety standards.
